He brings together experience from his client-side retail and IT past which culminated as Head of (Customer) Business systems at Debenhams PLC in 1998, and agency side where he was Managing Partner at Liquorice Ltd until 2006.
These 20 years of experience have placed him in an arguably unique position to facilitate relationships across the sometimes dangerous divide between client and digital agency or software supplier. Plus the technical know-how to ensure that there is no bamboozling going on.
