Digital Resource

When the agency world inherited much of digital development there was a clash of cultures that has never really been resolved.

Agency mentality says “yes” to everything first and worries about the delivery later.  When the time comes, if too busy, frantic attempts to source the resource, or squeeze more out of the existing team are made.

Historically software development (when I.T. was I.T.) works on techy-time with projects habitually delivered months after the due date at best.

So where has the slack been found to marry these two different approaches? Usually in the testing process.

There are many methods of rapid application development such as AGILE now, that allow for software to be relatively safely created at speed.

But process is only part of the story and there is no substitute for bodies on the ground. When we source you a supplier we look them in the eye. Ask how busy they are and how much resource they have – and watch for that almost imperceptible blink….
